Account Issues - Policy/Certificate Holders

If we have your email in our system, you already have an account and will not be able to re-register. In most cases, this will be your student email account, you would just need to reset your password to access your account.

To register a new account, you must have a valid policy/certificate number and email.
My account is only for existing policy/certificate holders. You can reset your password to regain access to your account. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for the password reset email.
If you have purchased your insurance directly from us, through our website, you will need to contact us, otherwise, you will need to contact the school/agent that enrolled you.

Other Issues

Our emails to you should usually arrive within 15 minutes of when we send it. If you can't find our email to you, please check your spam/junk folders in addition to your inbox.
Please double check that you have entered the correct information. If the information is correct, then it is likely that your school has not enrolled you yet. You must contact your school.
