With almost 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Keith has spent over half of his career specializing in international education insurance. Along with his responsibilities for overall strategic planning and growth management, Keith works closely with the marketing and sales division. In his spare time, he keeps in touch with current needs of plan participants by taking calls from guard.me’s 24-hour help line. He also maintains regular contact with clients around the world to stay on top of trends in the insurance field. As a member and contributor to various international education associations and organizations, Keith is keenly aware of the strategic objectives of international education.
For much of her 20-year career in insurance, Maryann has worked in the international education insurance field. She handles guard.me’s day-to-day operations, including Customer Relations, Claims Processing, Administration and Marketing. She also oversees guard.me’s ISO protocols and compliance. With her keen knowledge of operations and international education insurance, Maryann has led numerous product design initiatives and policy development strategies.
Clark has over 20 years’ experience in international education, working as an international advisor for students from around the world early in his career. Later, as Associate Director of York International at Toronto’s York University, he focused on the opportunities and challenges of study abroad. Then, in 1994, Clark led development of The University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP), a group health insurance plan owned by Ontario universities that provides healthcare coverage to international students. He served as Chair of the UHIP Steering Committee from 1996 to 1999.
Behrokh has almost a decade of experience in international student insurance. She is responsible for managing aspects of day-to-day operations, including Customer Relations and Administration.
With seven years of international student insurance experience, Andrew manages the day-to-day claims process and also works closely with Customer Relations, Assistance and Claims Management.
