Cancellations may be requested when you cancel your trip before
you start, or when you plan to return home before your End Date on
your ID Card.
All Cancellation requests are subject to approval by the Plan Administrator and/or insurer.
If your policy is cancelled after the Effective Date, we will refund the premiums paid for unused coverage
less an administration fee of $25 Canadian dollars, provided that no claims have been
incurred or paid, or are pending. A waiting period applies to all refunds.
Please send us your request for your Cancellation IN WRITING. Include your policy number and
Complete the Application in full so that we are able to process your request. Cancellation requests must be received
before your scheduled End Date in order for a credit to be considered.
Once your Cancellation request and claims verification have been processed we will apply a credit to your credit
card using the information you provide on your Application, OR mail your refund to the address you provide on
your Application form.
